A combination of accessible poses, fluid movement and breath. you will move through a series of poses that engage and open all the major muscle groups. This class begins with gentler movements to warm up the body, then into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include balances and peak poses. Class ends with calmer, deeper stretches, and floor-based asana practice.
