“Buti” is an Indian Marathi word which means “a cure to something that has been hidden.” Buti Yoga is a movement practice that utilizes traditional yoga asana, tribal dance, and plyometrics to find that cure. This workshop will break down the alignment of yoga postures most commonly seen in a Buti class. Learn about intentional movement, breathing and meditation. Explore the energetic philosophy of Buti Yoga and learn about the mental and physical benefits possible.
