This workshop will help practitioners to understand the anatomy of the core and will focus primarily on the deep core muscles...some of our most important stabilizers and protectors. We will learn how to use movement and yoga to become more intimately aware of these muscles as well as how to use them in our practice on and off of the mat.
The second part of this workshop will speak to our lower 3 chakras- Manipura, Swadhisthana, and Muladhara- and how they affect our emotions as well as our energetic well being. There will be opportunity for journaling to connect to our energetic centers as well as a guided meditation and extended cozy savasana!
