This workshop is accessible for all levels! Chelsea will carefully guide you through various arm balances and inversions, offering modifications, variations and utilizing props! With the use of props, these seemingly challenging poses can be made accessible to anyone at any level of yoga practice. We will break down each pose together and discuss the necessary strength and flexibility required for each posture. You will learn how to condition the body with different exercises which apply to the execution of each pose. The knowledge you acquire from this workshop will be applicable for you in your home practice or in the classroom.
